COOPERATIVE PURCHASING

Building Health Check understands the difficulties that many city, county, and state agencies, as well as education and non-profit institutions, deal with on a daily basis. We understand that everything from changing regulations and compliance to tighter budgets that still need to address critical maintenance issues factor into procurement decisions. We have listened to our government and education clients who have asked for an easier way to purchase our IAQ services. Especially, in the case of emergency situations that require immediate attention. That is why we have cooperative purchasing contracts — to save you the time and expense of a long competitive bid process.

Each of our cooperative purchasing contracts have gone through a rigorous, fully compliant, and competitively awarded RFP bid process. Now, the power of cooperatives can be leveraged to purchase our specialized services at the best value for your organization!
